James Murdoch, the eldest son of media mogul Rupert Murdoch, resigned from the board of Records Corp. Friday, in step with a company train.

“My resignation is due to disagreements over definite editorial shriek published by the Firm’s news shops and definite quite a bit of strategic decisions,” Murdoch wrote in his transient two-sentence resignation letter dated July 31.

The Murdoch family controls primary media companies — along side Records Corp. and Fox Corp., the parent company of Fox Records and the Fox Broadcasting Co.

His resignation came six months after he slammed Records Corp. and Fox Records for selling climate-switch skepticism amid the Australia bushfires that devastated parts of the nation earlier this year.

“Kathryn and James’ views on climate are neatly established and their frustration with about a of the Records Corp. and Fox coverage of the topic also will most doubtless be neatly identified,” a spokesperson for Murdoch and his wife advised The Day to day Beast on the time.

“They are namely upset with the continuing denial among the many news shops in Australia given glaring evidence quite the opposite,” the spokesperson added.
